Mrs. Mradula Audichya

Founder and Secretary, Tejaswani

Mradula Audichya, is a social enthusiast who is working from the early age of life towards society welfare. She is a graduate from Rajasthan University and also done her Diploma in Library Science Information and Brodcasting. Her heart was always in helping those in need and she had a soft spot for children in need. Taking her enthusiasm on another level she led the foundation of Tejaswani Society which is now one of the renowned NGOs in Rajasthan and only one who runs Balika Grih in Kota District and Open Shelter for girls in Bundi district. She has also entitled to some prestigious positions as a member of Child Welfare Committee(CWC), as a member and trainer of Kishore Police Ikaiand many more. She is an awardee for "Best work in the field of children in the state of Rajasthan" by the Rajasthan Transport Minister, on 26th January 2016.

Mrs Rachana Pareek

Chairperson, Tejaswani

Rachana Pareek, is a recognized stage artist from All India Radio. She has graduated from Rajasthan university with a degree in Journalism and mass communication and M.A Phd in Vocal music. She is a working professional in Jaipur Doordarshan and All India Radio as a News Reader. She is also been actively engaged in imparting music education to children in Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan Vidyashram, Jaipur. She loved working for children and women as a kind social worker and enjoys her time with the children.

Mrs. Ratna Sharma

Treasurer, Tejaswani

Ratna Sharma is well known and most loved member of the teaching community and also a renownedpublisher . One of hersignificant poetic collections include "OManpakhi". She has been awarded many prestigious titles and awards for her poems like "Nari Gaurav Samman", and many more. She is also Ex-Media incharge of Rajasthan Lekhika Sahitya Sansthan handling stage operations in various programs organized by literary organizations. She has graduated from Rajasthan university with a degree MA, B. Ed and Phd in Hindi. She is also been actively engaged imparting education to children in Maharani Gayatri Devi Girls School, Jaipur as Head Coordinator and Lecturer, Hindi Department.

Alka Chobisa

Vice- Chairperson, Tejaswani

Alka Chobisa is a social worker who is devoted towards helping women and children in need. She is a dedicated house-wife who very well knows the values of the family and the sense of belongingness. She joined our organization as Vice- Chairperson and is a crucial member to our success. She lifted up emotional and behavioral quotient and developed a sense of belongingness between children of our home.
